“From what we see in the satellite images, the smoke comes from fires that have been active since yesterday in the south and southeast of Entre Ríos, the Paraná Delta, and northeast of Zárate,” said SMN spokesmen.

Likewise, SMN reported that the stations that reported smoke are “Aeroparque, San Fernando and the Observatory of Buenos Aires.” Since noon, users of social networks shared images and comments about the smoke and “smell of smoke” that is observed in the Metropolitan Area of ​​Buenos Aires (AMBA).

According to today’s report from the National Fire Management Service (SNMF), the provinces of Corrientes, Chubut, Tierra del Fuego, La Pampa and Buenos Aires present fire sources.

However, the most affected today by fires is Corrientes, where the fire continues “active” in Ituzaingó, Concepción, Santa Rosa, Mburucuyá and San Miguel, while in other towns in the province the igneous sources are contained and controlled.
