Three years after the crime of Fernando Báez Sosa in Villa Gesell, this Monday the sentence will be known to the 8 defendants who attacked and murdered the young law student at the exit of the Le Brique nightclub.

One of the family’s lawyers, Fabián Améndola, explained that the life imprisonment they requested “is not a whim” and announced that “if the result does not meet expectations, we will appeal.”

For Monday, the Buenos Aires Ministry of Security ordered a special operation for this Monday where the sentence will be read against the eight defendants, Máximo Thomsen, Enzo Comelli, Matías Benicelli, Blas Cinalli, Ayrton Viollaz and Luciano, Ciro and Lucas Pertosi.

The operation will begin at 6 in the morning and will end when the people who come to the city of Dolores in Buenos Aires to accompany the parents of Fernando, Silvino Báez and Graciela Sosa, in the reading of the sentence, disperse.
