Another sweltering day for South Florida residents, with temperatures above normal for the date and heat indices, which as a result of the humidity present could reach up to 115F in a period of two hours or more, which is why Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties are under an excessive heat advisory. Remember the importance of staying hydrated if you are going to be exposed to the
Sun on days like these, as well as limiting being outdoors for long periods of time to avoid heat stroke.
Regarding rain, we will have some storms in the afternoon, more concentrated towards inland sectors but some of them affecting sectors to the west of the metropolitan area.
