Juarez City.- Through the System for the Comprehensive Development of the Family (DIF) of the Municipality of Juárez, today the last edition of “Gratis Tienda” was held at the Center for Social and Educational Care for Families (CASEF) Zapata, reported the government agency through a bulletin.

According to the statement, it is a campaign to deliver clothing and household items for free that has been donated to the DIF.

This type of event has also been held at CASEF in other areas, such as Seville, Olivia Espinosa, Sur Oriente and Siglo XXI. In the latter, the next DIF activity will be carried out, on May 2, the agency reported, although without specifying whether it is another Free Store or another campaign.

The Free Store at CASEF Zapata was attended by 250 people who took up to five pieces per person including clothing, toys and household items. Modules such as shoes and women’s clothing were left empty at the end of the day.

To set up displays with signs indicating the types of items available, the agency included CASEF middle and high school students.
