The mobile office of the Municipality of La Plata will reach new locations this week with anti-rabies vaccination, primary care and deworming for dogs and cats. “Applying the doses is necessary, mandatory and free”asserted the Secretary of Health of the Municipality, Enrique Rifourcatwhile reminding that it is about “the only way to prevent the spread of rabies”.
As reported, the tour will begin this Tuesday at the picnic area “The Little Ants”located at 16 Nº 3681 between 606 and 607, and will continue on Wednesday in the dining room “The Shorties of Tolosa” 117th street between 520 and 521.
Likewise, on Thursday 4 the itinerant program will take place at 121 between 524 bis and 525 (door 721, house 19, neighborhood The Union) and will have its last stop on Friday at Calle 18 between 529 and 530 of The slums.
In all cases, the service hours will be extended from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., the veterinarians will attend in order of arrival and those who participate must bring the animals closer with safe restraint methods and, if necessary, muzzles.
