It was at the end of November last year that the 25-year-old man went to the municipal building to force his way in, among other things he broke a window.

Injured himself

Two social workers were so scared that they felt the fear of death and jumped out of a window that was 2.40 meters above the hill. One of them injured his foot and both were on sick leave after the incident.

Several people at the municipal building intervened against the man until the police came and detained him.

The reason for the man’s actions must have been that he did not consider himself to have received money paid out quickly enough from the social administration.

Poured hot water over another man

The man is convicted of vandalism, gross illegal trespass, assault and threatening an official. The prison sentence also includes a serious assault.

One evening in June last year, he spent time with another man whom he was angry with. When he was sitting watching TV, the man allegedly came from behind without warning and poured hot water over him. Then he punched him several times in the face. The victim suffered, among other things, a broken nose, burns and inflammation in the ear.

The man has explained his actions by saying that he thought the other man had offered him snuff mixed with urine.

In addition to serving the prison sentence, the man must pay several damages.
