In point 1 of the agenda, after the space for speakers, is the project to repeal the Financing Agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Paraguay for the Support Program for the Transformation of the Educational System in Paraguay.
The benches of Honor Colorado, Fuerza Republicana and some opposition minorities announced that they will support the breaking of the agreement, considering that it affects the governance of Paraguayan education.
The Minister of Education and Sciences, Nicolás Zárate, warned that if the agreement is eliminated110,000 million guaraníes will be lost, which are currently used for school lunch.

To carry out the repeal, a qualified majority is required, that is,half plus one of the total, which is equivalent to 41 deputies.
Four organizations declared in favor of life and the family are planning a demonstration tomorrow morning, in front of the National Congress, to demand the repeal.
Next week’s mobilization is called by the members of the National Federation of Associations of Parents of Paraguayan Students, National Federation for Life and Pro Family, Parents in Action, Federation for Life and Family.
