In the chats they referred to cases that were under study by the highest court known as “Council of the Magistracy” and “Coparticipation”. In this sense, the pro-government deputy, Rodolfo Tailhade, asked the federal judge how he explains the concept of data ‘leakage’ in legal terms.
Sebastián Ramos commented on more than one occasion: “I am not going to move a word from the resolution”, because “not only does it hurt me personally that I can make some modification with what is already written in the resolution, but it It can also harm the right of defense of those involved in the case”.

“I know how these wiretaps were forged and attempts were made to launder them. That is why I believe that the Court had a high responsibility in how the wiretaps were being used in Argentina, since it only took out an agreed one in 2019 and did not file a criminal complaint, “he said.
