MIAMI.- The One Voice Awards have been held since 2018 in the United Kingdom, led by Hugh Edwards and Peter Dickson, who have extensive experience on both sides of the microphone. To date, the One Voice Awards have included only English-language entries for the United States, Canada and its host country. But this 2024, for the first time, the edition for Spanish-language voice talents is made official, with the award being the Venezuelan Daniella Martínez McCartney is the first from her country to compete for this award.
The social communicator and announcer is one of the nominees for this award with two of their audiovisual works. The pieces by L’oral Groupe and Lady Speed Stick: FVF were selected from over 3,500 applications ranging from commercialdubbing to audiobooks.

The radio and broadcasting professor is competing with nine other presenters in each category. The organization announced that Venezuela is included among the preselected countries, as well as the nominees in 20 categories from Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Peru, Spain, Chile, Argentina and other Spanish-speaking countries.

Since she was very young, Daniella Martínez McCartney has been a voiceover artist and is known in the advertising world as The Voice of Brands, for being the most important female commercial voice in Venezuela, with more than 300 brands and 3,000 commercials throughout Latin America, thanks to her neutral accent and adaptability to the requirements of each country.
In 2021, she was the winner of the Lavat Award in Mexico for best documentary narrator in Latin America. At the beginning of 2024, she was awarded by the Santa Rosa Catholic University for her career and recognized by the Trend Magazine as one of the Venezuelans around the world with purpose.
She is currently a member of the Society Voice Arts jury in the United States, known as the Oscars of Voiceovers, and is the TEDx Speakers Voice Coach and presenter of the TEDx Altamira Women conferences.
