Wild garlic in the kitchen

In the school kitchen of the Frastanz middle school, the course “wild garlic in the kitchen” took place on Friday.

At the beginning, Friederike Reisch and Agnes Tiefenthaler explained a lot of interesting facts about the use and properties of wild garlic to the interested women.

The well-prepared recipes were then discussed before cutting, mixing, kneading, cooking, stirring and baking.

In no time, the course participants prepared a delicious meal, which was eaten in a cozy atmosphere.

Many thanks to the course instructors, who put a lot of effort into preparing the cooking course so well. The fully booked cooking class all about “wild garlic” was well received by the course participants.
