After the cancellation of the 2022 edition, theElectronic Entertainment Exhibition is preparing to make its return this year, with a new event scheduled for next June. L’ESA is moving forward with the organization and more precise details on the participants will be revealed over the next few months.

However, there are already not very encouraging rumors about the progress of the new edition: Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo may not be at E3 2023, although for the moment there are no definitive confirmations on the actual absence or otherwise of the three largest industry giants video game. However, a company that claims to be certain of its presence is ubisoft, provided that the event takes place in all respects. During a recent conference call with shareholders, CEO Yves Guillemot Indeed, he stated that “if E3 takes place, we’ll be there and have a lot of stuff to show“.

It is not clear why the CEO of Ubisoft referred to E3 speaking in the conditional, given that the event for the moment seems to be much more than confirmed, in any case there is the certainty that the French company will be present at the Los Angeles event in June, ready to show news and updates on the main games in the pipeline.

Among other things, the organizers are already looking to the future, beyond this year’s edition: ESA has also booked the Convention Center for E3 2024 and 2025, a sign of how there are long-term plans for the historic gaming event.
