A 43-year-old man was charged in US District Court in Madison this week 2 years imprisonment sentenced. He had pleaded guilty to playing with a laser pointer and also aiming it at an airplane. Specifically, he has the laser pointer on one Delta Airbus A319 directed, departing from Raleigh-Durham (NC).
