90210 reacts to Shannen Doherty's death

MIAMI.- In light of the news of the death of Shannen Dohertystar of “Beverly Hills: 90210″, his co-stars on the famous serie They were quick to speak out. Doherty died on Saturday, July 13, after losing a long battle with breast cancer. The stage 4 disease had already invaded her bones and brain.

One of the first to react to the sad news was actor Jason Priestley, who played the role of Doherty’s character’s brother in the youth series that gained fame in the 1990s.

“Shocked and saddened to hear of the passing of my friend Shannen. She was a force of nature, I will miss her. Sending all my love and light to her family at this difficult time,” Priestley wrote on Instagram.

For his part, Brian Austin, who was one of his best friends, was deeply affected by the loss.

“Shan. My sister… You loved me through every stage. You were a huge part of my understanding of love. I will miss you more than I know how to get through this. Thank you for the gift of being you,” the 50-year-old actor expressed in his Instagram stories.

Actress Gabrielle Carteris also dedicated a post to her former co-star. In her farewell message, Carteris remembered Luke Perry, the actor from the series who died at the age of 52, in 2019, from a massive stroke.

“Too young to die, so sad. I know Luke is waiting for you with open arms to love you,” the actress wrote in a post that she accompanied with an image of a sunset.
