This Saturday a house caught fire in the region and a 92-year-old man ended up with more than half of his body burned. The unfortunate episode occurred in Ensenada and the victim was rescued by a neighbor, but was seriously injured.

According to official sources indicated to 0221.com.ar, the event happened in Passage 22ª between Almirante Brown and 5where a dwelling began to burn after the explosion of a carafe. The fire spread rapidly through the property with its owner insidean individual over 90 years old who was taken out of place by a frontist in the area.

In this context, police officers, an ambulance and firefighters appeared on the scene, who extinguished the fire and provided assistance to the victims. While the flames were extinguished, the doctors attended to those involved and decided that they had to be taken quickly to a hospital.

Both were transferred to Cestino Hospital and there it was found that the owner of the house had 60% of his body burned. On his part, the person who rescued him from the fire was left with only minor injuries.
