The Wine Bar is the result of the interest of Grupo Éxito –organizer of the event that takes place in Corferias– to reach the youngest public (between 20 and 30 years old) that is beginning to be trained in the culture of wine. This Wine Bar is aimed at them.

From there they seek to show them different ways of consuming wine, from cocktails, uncomplicated, relaxed. “The premise when designing these cocktails was that they could also be prepared at home,” explained the expert.
For the same reason, we share here one of these mixtures, a version of the tinto de verano adapted to these latitudes.
