Emilio Friasdirector of El Niño y La Verdad, shared on social media images of his visit to the sanctuary of the Virgin of La Caridad del Cobre in Miami accompanied by his daughter Evangeline, born in Mexico last September.
With his post, the singer not only left testimony of his faith and devotion to Cachita, but also delighted his followers with snapshots that capture sweet father-daughter moments and show how beautiful and grown up the girl is.
“Visiting a sacred place for all Cubans, it was inevitable to come see you and feel what I felt, your connection and mine is very strong for many years and so I pray to you for Cuba and for all its Cubans, Most Holy Virgin of Charity. Happy Monday to all and may the blessing of Oshún always accompany you,” she wrote on her Instagram account.
The photos immortalize tender and meaningful moments between father and daughter, both from inside the chapel and outside, where the singer is seen holding some sunflowers.
