MIAMI.- The actress Olivia Munn, who revealed at the beginning of the year how she faced her diagnosis of cancer breast cancer, she addressed during an interview how she faced the process of knowing she had to undergo a double mastectomy, and subsequently having to reconstruct her breasts with implants.

The statement was made a few days after the 96th edition of the Oscar Awards, which he attended without raising any suspicion of what had been happening.

Along with a statement, Munn uploaded a series of photographs on the social network where he can be seen wearing a hospital gown in different contexts. She also published a video in which she is seen crying in a room, while a doctor gave her support and tried to calm her down.

“I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I hope that by sharing this it will help others find comfort, inspiration and support in their own journey,” she said at the time.

After weeks of receiving significant support from her colleagues and followers, the artist addressed the reasons why she preferred to keep her process private. “Keeping it private for as long as I did it gave me time to fight without any outside noise (something to disturb her),” she commented to the People magazine.
