On December 20th, 2022, the St. Gallenkirch kindergarten organized an important Advent hike with the children and their families.

20 Christmas elves had made their way to St. Gallenkirch to experience how the people there celebrate Christmas. Unfortunately, the elves were too tired and got lost in the forest, so Santa Claus asked the children to look for them. Several stations were marked with torches and everyone sang, ate cookies and made up stories together. So every family could discover a glowing pixy in the dark forest and take it home.

Unfortunately, one of the gnomes was stolen from the kindergarten. They still hope that he will be returned to the kindergarten.

At the end, the children performed a Christmas elf dance as a surprise for their parents.

A big thank you goes to all the helpers, the community of St. Gallenkirch and the crib construction association for the delicious donations.

The donations that the kindergarten received that evening will be donated to the organization “Give for Life”.
