Latinus compared the theses of Galguera González and a former student of the Faculty of Law of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), Carlos Arturo Loranca Olguinfiled one year apart.
Both have the same title: “Employment stability and the economic crisis”. Likewise, the index, the introduction and even the thanks to Rodríguez Ortiz are the same.

They pointed out that Galguera González, who died in 2020, presented the thesis “Employment stability and the economic crisis”at the ENEP Aragón, in 1986. A year earlier, Loranca Olguín titled her work in the same way, to obtain the same degree but in the UNAM.
Even the conclusions are similar, changing only some words and punctuation marks. In the bibliography, cited the same authors.
The work was endorsed by the teacher Martha Rodríguez, also a member of the Supreme Court.
It should be reiterated that, between 1985 and 1986, Rodríguez Ortíz directed up to 40 theses at the UNAM.
