At lunchtime on April 13, Herman Nilica, 23, sends an SMS to the 19-year-old: “Shoo can you be seen with 300 of the usual ones and a fivish blsze at 14.15/half past 3 time”.

Soon after, he sent to several other friends: “Will do it myself.”

Herman was then armed with a machete, a knife, an iron pipe and a syringe loaded with oil. According to the prosecutor, the plan was to rob the 19-year-old as revenge for an incident that took place earlier in the spring.

The 19-year-old then allegedly threatened with a gun and later forcibly shaved a mutual female acquaintance who owed him money.

Shot in the chest

The meeting in the parking garage quickly turns violent. According to the 19-year-old, he is immediately jumped on by Herman and another unknown man, and he then draws his weapon and fires a shot before running from the scene.

The six-day trial against the 19-year-old begins today. In addition to murder, he is also charged with aggravated unlawful threats and unlawful coercion for what the young woman was subjected to, as well as aggravated weapons offences.

Two people are also charged with protecting a criminal, when they, among other things, drove the suspect from Karlshamn, bought train tickets to Copenhagen for him, and set fire to his clothes.

SVT has previously told how Herman was stuck in a heavy addiction:
