The prosecutor of the Central Zone, Francisco Martínez, indicated that the complaints that the legal representatives of Aras filed against the ex-collaborators were received, with the aim of recovering company assets and that the ex-employees supposedly still have. He pointed out that according to the representation of the defense, there will be a total of 100 complaints.
He mentioned that so far the complaints that have been detected for this reason are 30, but that the intention of the defense is to reach 100 in the coming days. He stressed that this does not change or affect the processes that are followed against the former directors of the company who are detained and who face almost seven thousand complaints.
For his part, Felipe Acosta, who is the legal representative of a group of plaintiffs, pointed out that it is positive that action is taken against the former collaborators, since this represents around 200 million pesos of goods that would serve to repair the damage to those affected.
He added that in recent days the 14 legal representatives of those affected by the company held a meeting with the president of the Judiciary, to explain their proposals to reach a solution that benefits those affected.
