Agents of the National Police have arrested a 37-year-old man of Pakistani nationality in the Valencian town of Alzira, having a valid International arrest warrant by the Pakistani authorities for intentional homicide as he was condemned in his country for killing another with a shot.

The investigations began after receiving the agents an Interpol notification in which the Pakistani authorities requested collaboration from the Spanish authorities to locate a man convicted of intentional homicide with a firearm, who could be living in the region of La Riberaas reported by the Superior Headquarters in a statement.

The fugitive would have participated in a brawl between several people in the Pakistani city of Kunjah in March 2020, in which he fired a firearm that caused the death of one of them. In the course of the investigations, the police found out that the suspect resided at an address in Alzira and ran two commercial establishments: one in the same city and another in Valencia, where I used to spend most of my time.

Finally, the fugitive was arrested and made available of the Investigating Court of Guard No. 3 of Alzira, which has reported to the Central Investigating Court number one of the National Court.
