At least a dozen people were injured today, including three seriously, in an indiscriminate stabbing attack in a city south of Seoul by a man who has been arrested by police.
The incident took place near a shopping center and next to the Seohyeon subway station, in the city of Seongnam, which is part of the capital’s metropolitan area, shortly before 6:00 p.m. local time on Thursday.
