The luxury brand Balenciaga continues to attract attention for its peculiar products. On this occasion, the Spanish fashion brand is being criticized in networks for a new bag with a built-in glove that costs 4,200, which is equivalent to 79,800 Mexican pesos.

Currently, important brands in the fashion industry have emerged that have incorporated collections that for many are amazing, but for the vast majority are absurd and even unpleasant.

Once again the controversial brand Balenciaga is having an internet moment, and this time for selling a strange bag with a built-in glove.

Again, this brand product has been ridiculed by netizens. The Glove Large Tote Bag is made to be carried over the shoulder, but with the user’s arm going through the handle and becoming a full length glove.

According to the brand, the bag is part of Balenciaga’s summer 23 collection and comes in black or neon pink, priced at $4,290.

This model is very quirky in that since the glove is built in, the bag can only be worn on the right shoulder, which isn’t exactly practical for trend-setting lefties, or even righties with sore arms.

Among its features, the glove bag is made of “soft calfskin” with a “lambskin lining” and has two inside pockets.

As it also brings a description of the bag on the website that says, “to be used on the right shoulder, fixed glove”.

The product has gone viral, to the point of registering several comments on social networks, such as “if I were rich, I would have used this Balenciaga glove and bag to scrub the toilet and clean the bathroom floor,” one person tweeted.

“It looks like a weird puppet show,” another online shopper said.

“And it’s not ideal if you want to put it on your shoulder,” another netizen shared.

Recall that the fashion label has been criticized for its extravagant and expensive creations, such as a $1,790 bag that looked like a garbage bag, a $360 hat destroyed by a laser, and “dirty” outfits covered in holes for more five thousand dollars.

But also last year, Balenciaga, who has been associated with the likes of Kim Kardashian, came under fire after running a series of ads showing children in her clothes, holding stuffed toys dressed in bondage outfits.
