During Google I/O, the Mountain View firm took the time to tell us more about Bard. The chatbot has added several countries to its list, 180 in all, while 40 languages ​​have been learned by artificial intelligence. If the Mountain View firm does not tell us which ones on its blog, it’s a safe bet that the Francophonie will be able to take advantage of artificial intelligence.

The company nevertheless specifies that Bard now fluent in Korean and Japanese. As a reminder, in its early days, the chatbot only spoke English and was limited to the United States and England.

What else is new from Bard?

Bard is also getting stronger from more specific sources as early as next week. If the chatbot responds with a block of code or quotes content, just click on the annotation to go to the source. The dark mode will take its first steps.

Artificial intelligence also connects to other services including Adobe Firefly to generate images. In addition to text, it will be possible to present images to Bard via Google Lens. These features are notably lacking in ChatGPT, which is formed by an army of poorly paid workers according to a recent survey.
