Singer Loona has been in a relationship with her boyfriend for 14 years. But the 48-year-old has not yet received an application.
Mallorca – The Dutch singer Loona (48) has not yet received an application from her long-term boyfriend. Her real name is Marie-José van der Kolk and she has been famous since her breakthrough in 1998. At that time she recorded the song “Bailando” with her colleague DJ Sammy (53) and landed her biggest hit. The singer received the ECHO for best dance single twice and has been working as a solo artist since 2005. Then, in 2021, she took part in Battle of the Reality Stars. Again and again there were various rumors about the relationship status of the 48-year-old, but now she revealed the whole truth about possible wedding plans.
The singer dated DJ Sammy during her early years as a musician. The two had daughters Saphira Maria van der Kolk (18). But when she was two years old, the relationship broke up. In 2011 there was a big outcry: Loona was said to be with Gina-Lisa Lohfink (36). The TV celebrity starred in the music video for one of Loona’s songs and the two shared a kiss. In an interview with the Picture Loona explained: “I’ve never been asked, I’ve never been able to say no.” But basically she doesn’t want to rule it out: “I think a lot of people know that I’m like a horse that likes to gallop freely. I’m very faithful, but somehow I think it’s cool that I’ve never been married. But I love Mark a lot, so maybe that will come about.” She also already knew what her wedding would look like: “The wedding would be medium-sized and definitely casual. I don’t like it when it’s put like that. Nice on the beach, either in Zandvoort or in Mallorca. I think Mallorca is a little nicer and then barefoot in the sand.
