Sheraldo Becker can at least imagine saying goodbye to Union Berlin. “The next step in the Bundesliga or another big competition would be wonderful”the lightning-fast offensive man announced when asked by the Dutch newspaper ‘De Telegraaf’.
According to Becker, he would prefer a move to youth club Ajax Amsterdam: “When Ajax calls me, it’s a different story. I grew up there. What Ajax stands for and what the club means to me will never change.”
Exit clause available
Becker’s contract at the Alte Försterei is still dated until 2025 and is said to contain an exit clause. In the current Bundesliga season, the right foot was directly involved in eleven Union goals.
Shortly before the end of the winter transfer market, rumors of a farewell circulated. At that time, Everton FC had felt it. A change did not come about, although the right foot is obviously willing in principle.
