And for more than two decades he was the only “weather man” in Peru. Although he is away from driving for now, he is called in from time to time to comment on extreme weather situations.
Abraham, why do you think there aren’t more ‘weathermen’ in Peru?
Because Lima is very centralist. The media do not realize that for the people of the mountains and jungle, the climate is decisive. Do not care. I have struggled not to miss that informative segment.

It is that we are approaching the hottest days of the year, which is at the end of February. However, this summer and the two previous ones have been colder than usual.

This winter and spring are likely to be a bit warmer than normal. Peruvians, especially farmers, it is convenient for the seasons to be normal.

Clear! What happens is that we have products that grow in desert, rainy, high-altitude areas. For example, our diversity of native potatoes is because they can grow at sea level or at 3,000 meters. The same happens with meats, fish. The wealth of Peru is thanks to its geography and its climates, without hesitation.
