A goal from the tireless Jasime Cásarez was enough for the FC Juárez Bravas to defeat the Centellas de Necaxa 1-0 yesterday and thus the border team broke a five-game winless streak, which at the same time allows them to rise to seventh place of the general table by reaching 25 points, which is the most points they have scored in a tournament since they reached the Liga MX Femenil in the Apertura 2019.
Casarez’s goal came in the ninth minute, when the Bravas player took the ball in her own half, led it three quarters of the field to the rival area, where she shot with her left foot and sent it into the back of the net.
The Juarenses have not yet secured a place in the league, they even still run the risk of being left out of the big party if they lose to Puebla next Friday and there are a series of combinations that favor the other three teams that seek to get to the party big, Toluca, Tijuana and Pumas.
