The former head of the PRO and pre-candidate for president Together for Change, Patricia Bullrich, responded to the statements of President Alberto Fernández regarding the cause of the attempted assassination of Vice President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, who had asked that the Buenos Aires leader and Deputy Gerardo Milman give “explanations” regarding the new statement by the legislator’s adviser. The former president had spoken this morning through her Twitter.
“They no longer know what to invent in the face of the total and utter failure of their pathetic co-government. With me, Kirchnerism ends on December 10,” the former Minister of National Security responded this afternoon regarding the President’s speech this afternoon in La Rioja together with the re-elected governor Ricardo Quintela.
The president had affirmed: “I am impressed with what was known”, in reference to the statement of the adviser to the deputy PRO Gerardo Milman, Ivana Bohdziewicz, who declared last Friday: “I gave my telephone number (to the expert who was in Bullrich’s office with Milman) and was analyzing it and decides to delete everything. I was worried about my personal life, at that time the media was quite active. So they decide to delete everything and I agreed. I also did not think it was going to be so serious and it was going to hurt me to do it ”.
“That in the office of a leader like the president of the PRO, Patricia Bullrich, a person is summoned to ask for her phone number and delete its content for fear that that content could be seen in Justice, it seems to me something shameful, something definitely, in institutional terms, unforgivable,” added the president, at the same time that he sentenced: “Those who have to explain that are called Patricia Bullrich and (Gerardo) Milman, who are the ones who induced that employee to do what she did.”
Before the president spoke in La Rioja, Vice President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner referred to the fact through social networks about the accusation of a Brazilian deputy: “It is very impressive not only the naturalization of political violence against me, but also the cover-up of the assassination attempt that occurred on September 1,” he said.
Within the Vice President’s defense, a tweet by Alencar Santana, a representative from Brazil, is highlighted, who echoed the news about Bohdziewicz’s statement and the relationship of the former PRO president with the cause of attempted assassination and stated: “The extreme right in Latin America uses violence as a method in all countries. Shameful!”.
This message was used by Cristina to reinforce the idea of the violent advance of the “extreme right” in Argentina as well as in Latin America: “What you just read was not said by ANYBODY in Argentina. They are the expressions of a representative of the Federative Republic of Brazil published yesterday when they met, through Page 12the testimony of a former adviser to Deputy Millman”.
