CDMX.- Eiza González is opening a mansion in Ojai, California with a view of the Topatopa mountains and valued at 4 million dollars.
According to information from The Hollywood Reporter, Eiza González’s new property has an area of 6,500 square feet, including a 4,351-foot main house.
The new residence of the Mexican actress has three bedrooms, an art studio, a 1,300-foot guest house, and a two-car garage.
According to data from the UPMarket portal, the interior of the property has a spacious room, French doors, a master bedroom with a dressing room, a bathroom with a steam shower, an exercise room, a kitchen with custom-made cabinets, and on the outskirts there are fruit and olive trees.
The Ojai Territory has been inhabited by celebrities such as Ellen DeGeneres, Reese Witherspoon, and Emily Blunt.
Reports indicate that the model also acquired this property at the end of 2023 through a purchase-sale agreement between the Zabilla Group at Sotheby’s International Realty and Koch Properties, who represented the buyer.
Eiza González is still active with projects like Netflix’s 3 Body Problem and the Apple TV series Extrapolations, where the Mexican will share credits with Meryl Streep.
