Today news were announced for the new edition of the CADE Executives of this year. After 11 years of this business forum, between Lima and Paracas, it will now move to the Inca city of Cusco.

For this new edition, the association IPAE Acción Empresarial indicated that the CADE Executives 2023 It will be held specifically in the province of Urubamba (Cusco), from November 14 to 16.

“After 11 years the CADE Executives It will not be held in Lima or Paracas and will go to the interior of the country, to the emblematic region of Cuscospecifically in the province of Urubambawhere the Sacred Valley of the Incas is located”, said the organizers.

Likewise, IPAE Acción Empresarial thanked the regions of the country that participated in the candidacy contest to host the business forum. “From the organization we recognize the commitment to work for the sustainable development of Peru, promoting decentralization and putting the challenges and opportunities of the different provinces of the country on the public agenda,” they said.

On the other hand, the organization also announced that the president of this new edition is Juan Ferdinand Correawho currently holds the position of general manager and chairman of the board of companies of the Falabella Group in Peru.

The executive is an industrial engineer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP), a Master’s in Administration (MSIA) from Purdue University and has specialized studies at the Kellogg School of Management.

During his career of more than 30 years, Correa has worked in multinational companies in the field of mass consumption, telecommunications and retail. Among them, as general manager of Tottus Hypermarkets, vice president of Marketing at Bellsouth Peru, manager and director of Marketing at Procter & Gamble Peru and Argentina.

He currently holds the position of director of the Foreign Trade Society of Peru (ComexPeru)of the National Confederation of Private Business Institutions (Confiep), of the American Chamber of Commerce (Ancham), of the Association of Banks of Peru (Asbanc) and is a member of the Businessmen for Integrity Civil Association.

In the academic field, he is a member of the Advisory Council of the Faculty of Industrial Engineering of the University of Engineering and Technology (UTEC) and of the Business Association for Education.
