After a few weeks in the country, Guido Carrillo’s departure from Chinese soccer was finally unlocked, so the 31-year-old striker was able to sign a contract with Estudiantes, for a return that will have him defending the Pincha shirt until at least December 2024.
This was reported by the albirroja institution yesterday, in a special presentation, which had different moments and publications on official social networks throughout the day.
First it was a phone ringing with a message in Chinese “尽快答复” (Respond as soon as possible), and minutes later a video that toured his native Magdalena until it reached the Sport Club, where he took his first steps.
With Matías Pellegrini as a special guest and also part of the red-and-white props, the tone was the same: point out to the striker that they were waiting for him at Pincha. In fact, that second shipment ends with the student clothing already located in the “9” box.
The third part of the presentation came with the official confirmation: “Home again! The striker Guido Carrillo returns to the club to defend our shirt. Welcome to your place in the world!”, he expressed in León on his networks, to later publicize the official photograph of the signing of his contract until December 2024, already sitting next to the president of the institution, Martín Gorostegui, and the clothing owner of Pincha.
In a quarter, Carrillo is seen posing with the shirt at the City Bell Country Club and the message: “Magdalena’s 9 is ready.” However, we had to wait until a fifth and final match, with the word of the protagonist in question and a message for all the Estudiantes fans excited to shout their goals again.
“Hello Pincha family, how are you? I want to tell you that I am happy to return home again, “said Carrillo in the brief video. I hope I can make you happy too. And being able to enjoy all together, ”he added. “I send you a big hug. We’ll see each other soon, ”concluded the 31-year-old striker, who returned to the club seven and a half years after he left for the Old Continent.
In this way, the scorer will face his second cycle at Pincha, where he was already placed under the orders of Abel Balbo on Uruguayan soil.
