Several months after the shooting, the couple and their happy recomposed tribe are still enjoying their revamped accommodation.
Six months after the first issue, M6 offered a new episode Change everything or move. This time, Stephane Plaza came to the aid of Cathy and Jeromea couple in their forties at the head of a blended family (Leah and Lucas21 and 15 years old, born from a first union for Cathy, and Theo, 5 years, fruit of their relationship). If it is well installed in Maisons-Alfort (Val-de-Marne), the small family faces various problems of storage, sound insulation and privacy. To the point that Cathy wishes to pack her boxes and settle elsewhere, while the rest of the household would prefer to stay but by making various rearrangements. To help them decide, the 52-year-old host came with the interior designer Sophie Ferjani and the real estate agent Antoine Blandin.
Change everything or move : unforeseen work in the water features
From the start of the project, the decoration pro had to deal with several unpleasant surprises. First humidity in the bathroom due to a ventilation problem, then a gutter that flows into a wall behind the kitchen. Result : work was added at the last moment, reducing the initial budget dedicated to this mission. Although the Marseille-based decorator abandoned the idea of creating an additional bathroom in the basement, she kept all the changes she wanted to make, both in the bedrooms and in the living room, and even created laundry ! The garden has also been modified, to the delight of the youngest, but not for Cathy, who was keen on her (real) lawn.

No regrets in Sophie Ferjani’s choices for Cathy and Jérôme
Despite the three visits proposed by Antoine Blandin and a significant increase in the budget after consultation with the bank, the family chose to stay in their accommodation after the work. Eight months after filming, no one regrets their choice. Cathy learned to love the transformations of Sophie Ferjani and feels good in her house, just like Jérôme. As for the boys, they savor the fact of sleeping in separate rooms. Even though he adores his little brother, Lucas enjoys having more privacy. In short, everything seems to be going for the best in this house of happiness.
