Christopher Nolan denies he will direct the reboot

Speaking to the Associated Press, director Christopher Nolan denied rumors that he will direct the next James Bond reboot.

“No, unfortunately not. These rumors are not true, but I am very excited that the strike is over and we can all go back to work.”

In the plot, Bond has left active service and is enjoying a peaceful life in Jamaica. His period of peace is short when his old friend from the CIA, Felix Leiter, shows up asking for help. The mission to rescue a kidnapped scientist may turn out to be more treacherous than expected, leading Bond onto the trail of a mysterious villain armed with dangerous technology.
