The freerider from Koblach has fought back after a serious injury and is making a guest appearance in the clubhouse on Saturday (7:30 p.m. on VOL.AT).

Freeskier Fabio Studer is a guest in the clubhouse on Saturday.

The 36-year-old is a thoroughbred skier and has been one of the figureheads of the scene for years. Whether on the slopes, in the park or as a former participant of the Freeride World Tour – Fabio’s skiing talent is undisputed.

Two years ago, however, things could have looked very different, as the extreme athlete shattered both heels after a hard landing on a stone at the Zamangspitze. After months of rehab and a complicated operation, the fighting spirit has now fought back. The professional athlete talks about this and what else is going on in his season this year in the clubhouse when he takes a seat on the couch with host Jogi.

Fohrenburger Klubhaus Bar,
The Dead Beatz and Gutenberg

The passionate freeskier answers the questions of the clubhouse viewers at Lisa’s at the Fohrenburger bar. As a trained ski instructor, Fabio certainly has après-ski qualities to show for himself. Musically, the DeadBeatz once again provide the right sound with their unique mixture of blues, rockabilly and a pinch of punk rock. Of course, Johannes von und zu Gutenberg should not be missing either, with his cult reading from the “Book of the Deleted”, a kind of best of VOL.AT forum comments that are not published.

Klubhaus, on Saturday at 7:30 p.m. on VOL.AT and at 8 p.m. on Ländle TV.
