Coach Nick Saban paid $17.5 million for a Jupiter Island mansion

American football coach Nick Saban has bought a new mansion on Jupiter IslandFlorida, at $17.5 million.

Saban, who has been the head football coach at the University of Alabama since 2007, closed the purchase contract a month ago and according to information shared by the ‘New York Post’, the former owner had paid $9.2 million for the place in 2014.

This means that in almost 10 years the property doubled its price and many assure that it is due to the high demand that has existed on the island during these years. You have to remember that on that same island is the great mansion of golfer Tiger Woodsthe same one from which his ex-partner Erica Herman was expelled.

Saban’s new mansion is built on a 1.7 acre lot and has an extension of 6,200 square feet distributed in four bedrooms, five bathrooms, hall, living room, main room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and other amenities.

From the whole house you have impressive views thanks to its large windows. It depends on where you are in the house you can see the Atlantic Ocean and or the Indian River.

Additional to the main house there is a 500 square foot guest apartment and a parking lot with capacity for 50 vehicles.

Outside there are green areas with a terrace, swimming pool, spa area, dining room, access to the beach, pier and other ideal spaces to enjoy the outdoors with family or friends.
