The nutrologist Gilmar Francisco, from MedSculp, explains that the indication must be made by a health professional, since it needs to take into account the physical constitution and age of the patient.

“The recommended dose varies from 0.03 to 0.1g/kg, with this supplementation having to be done daily. Depending on the case, a saturation dose may be given for five to seven days. All this must be evaluated by the professional accompanying the patient. So that there are no excesses or underdoses”, says Francisco.
