A patient residing in Santiago de Cuba who has undergone 24 surgical operations denounced that the health authorities of the province have ignored her case.

He said that he no longer knows what to do to improve his quality of life and that “it is unusual that there is not a leader or someone who takes responsibility for my health problem,” said Hernández Medina.
