Less than a month after the first Steam Next Fest 2023, the first announcement has arrived regarding free trials that players will be able to download and play during the event. In this case we are talking about Dark Envoy, an RPG that mixes old school mechanics with more modern ones.

The title in question will not just offer a short demo, as the developers have just confirmed that the version that will be released temporarily on Steam will provide content for at least an hour and a half of play. We are talking about three playable characters, two explorable areas with various biomes (desert, forests, mines, ruins and others), bosses, character editors and much more.

As for the final version of the game, the team of Event Horizon has confirmed that the release is expected by the end of the current year exclusively on PC, the platform on which it will be purchasable through Steam And GOG.

Waiting to find out which other development teams will join the Valve initiative and will make the trial versions of their projects available to players, we remind you that the event will start next February 6, 2023 and will end a week later, i.e. on February 13, 2023.
