DC Studios film may have A Vile director, rumor says

A few months ago, DCEUleaks reported that a South Korean film from Caadora was in development at DC Studios.

Now, the page says that the South Korean director Jung Byung Gil (A Vil) is in negotiations to write and direct the project.

Obviously, everything should be treated as a rumor.

The very existence of the project has not yet been confirmed by DC Studios.

The first projects of the new DCUyes DC Studioswill be the animated series Creature Command and the film Superman: Legacy.

David Corenswet (Our City) and Rachel Brosnahan (The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel) are set in the main roles.

The main cast will also bring Nicholas Hoult (O Menu) como Lex Luthor, Nathan Fillion (The Rookie) como Guy Gardner, Isabela Merced (Family Justice) as Hawkgirl, Eddie Gathegi (X-Men: First Class) as Mister Terrific, Anthony Carrigan (Barry) as Shapeshifter, and Mara Gabriela De Fara (Deadly Class) as The Engineer.

Superman: Legacy have direction and script James Gunn (Guardians of the Galaxy, The Suicide Squad), and is scheduled for July 11, 2025.

According to the official description, the film will focus on the hero trying to balance his Kryptonian heritage with his human upbringing. He is the embodiment of truth, justice and the American way. He’s kindness in a world that thinks it’s old-fashioned.
