Deep Rock Galatic gone to meet the stars?
Embracer Group must be very proud to have Ghost Ship Games on their team. The developer and its recent buyer have something to smile about. Deep Rock Galactic has indeed sold 2.3 million copies across all media in 2022 alone.
A performance that the main concerned may not have imagined, and this, while the software has not yet reached its third year of operation (the game was released in final version in May 2020).
It was enough for the studio to publish a press release on Steamin order to thank all those who let themselves be tempted by this adventure in co-op mode so as not to get any more.
The image shared by the developer is also most interesting, because today we know that Deep Rock Galatic has sold 5.5 million copies since its launch on Xbox One and PC.
In addition to the sales figures, the game is also experiencing a very high level of activity. 800,000 active players are in fact recorded each month on online servers, a performance certainly helped by Xbox Game Pass, PC Game Pass and Xbox Cloud Gaming.
