The “Annie Hall” actor has been in several high-profile relationships, including with the film’s director Woody Allen.

Again, she is relevant in a romantic comedy, and during a promo interview for “Maybe I Do”, she says Extrathat it’s been a long time since she’s been on a date:

– Let’s say 15 years. They might think “enough is enough” … She’s too weird. I’m a little weird, but I’m fine, says Keaton.

Reveals infatuation

In “Maybe I Do”, she plays the wife of Richard Gere (73), whom she last played opposite in “Looking for Mr. Goodbar” from 1977.

In the same video interview, Keaton says she had a crush on Gere back then, but claims it wasn’t mutual.

– One day someone will marry me. Maybe one of these men who has to deal with me today, she jokingly tells Extra.

Often jokes about the single life

It is nothing new that Keaton jokes about his own marital status. Three years ago, she told InStyle that it had been around 35 years since she had been on a date.

The 77-year-old has said People in 2019 that marriage has never been a wish.

– I am 73 and I think I am the only one of my generation who has been a single woman all my life.

Keaton also shared that she is very happy that she has never been married, and joked that her former partners probably are too.
