Diego Cocca is fired as coach of the Mexican National Team

MEXICO CITY (appro).–Diego Cocca has ceased to be the technical director of the Mexican Soccer Team, as reported this Monday by Juan Carlos Rodríguez, Commissioner of the Mexican Soccer Federation (FMF).

Rodríguez added that in addition to Cocca, his coaching staff will not continue in charge of the Tri either. In this sense, Rodrigo Ares de Parga’s management at the head of the Mexican National Teams has also concluded. Jaime Lozano will be the new technical director of Mexico to face the next Gold Cup.

On February 10, Cocca was presented as the coach of the national team. In total, the Argentine helmsman led seven games, with a balance of three wins, three draws and one loss.
