Announced earlier this year, Frozen 3 continues its development at full steam, and Internet users were surprised to learn that there is not only a third installment in Disney’s plans, but a 4th feature film has already been ordered.
The news was announced by the stadium’s CEO, Bob Iger, and is now being addressed by Jennifer Leedirector of the first two films in the franchise, and head of animation at the company, in an interview with GamesRadar+.
“We’re very excited about where these features are going and we have a lot of story to tell in the direction we’re going. So I think, in my opinion, there could be enough for two sequels to unfold. I’m really enjoying working with the team and see where they’re going.”
Details of Anna and Elsa’s next big-screen adventure remain under wraps, and the original voice cast is expected to feature the return of Idina Menzel e Kristen Bell like the protagonist sisters.
Initial forecasts indicate that Frozen 3 should be released in the second half of 2024, while the fourth part of the sequel remains without an exact release window.
