News JVTech Disneyland Paris: before it closes, there are only 14 days left to enjoy this emblematic place
Changes are expected in 2023 at Disneyland Paris and its surroundings, and some will take place as early as January. You only have two weeks left to visit one of Disney Village’s oldest locations before it’s gone.
Disneyland Paris is currently celebrating its 30th anniversary : the park has been open since 1992 and its success continues to be confirmed a little more each day. First tourist destination in Europe, the amusement park must constantly renew itself so as not to lose its crown. This year, Disney Studios, the second Disney park in Marne-la-Vallée, hosted a major project intended to enlarge it with a new area dedicated to the Frozen universe. This new land should open its doors in 2024.
But Disneyland Paris is not just about improving its parks. In 2023, the group will tackle another very big piece: Disney Village, the area that mixes restaurants and shops, and which is located at the exit of the Marne-la-Vallée RER station. The changes will be coming in January.

Only a few days left to eat at Planet Hollywood
Open since 1996, that is to say since the inauguration of Disney Village, the Planet Hollywood restaurant will permanently close its doors on January 8, 2023. It means that visitors to the area can eat there until January 7. The restaurant recently installed a guest book at the entrance, to allow its last customers to write a short message.

For now, Disneyland Paris remains silent about the restaurant that will replace this mythical place, which continues to sell out at every service. The problem is not really its popularity with visitors, who can eat there surrounded by props that have been used on the sets of many Hollywood films: the fact is that Disneyland Paris has decided to update this areaand that Planet Hollywood is far from the only restaurant affected by this situation.
Other restaurants will close at Disney Village
In effect, Disneyland Paris has, in particular, sealed the fate of the King Ludwig Castle restaurantwhich will also close its doors permanently on January 8, 2023. Instead, it is a place inspired by an English pub which will open its doors the following February. The work will therefore be very fast.
The Café Mickey, which has been closed for many months, will soon give way to the Rosalie brasserie. Other clues suggest that the Rainforest Café could also soon bear the brunt of the group’s projects: some facilities outside the restaurant have recently been removed. However, for the time being, no definitive closure has been formalized for this place.
In summary, if you want to eat again at Planet Hollywood or King Ludwig Castle, you have until January 7 to do so. After, it will be too late !
