If one were to name a list of the most anticipated RPGs in gaming, Dragon Age 4 would undoubtedly be at the top of it. However, you will have to be very patient.
Dragon Age 4. This simple name is enough for many to shiver with desire. Despite a last episode of the saga clearly below in terms of quality, we must admit that the expectation is particularly high for the sequel. The development of the game will have been chaotic and especially marked by a reboot in 2018. Never a good sign. If the new episode of the series was initially to be oriented towards multiplayer, the critical failure of a certain Anthem got the better of this desire.
Dragon Age 4, when is it coming out?

Indeed, according to an internal document from Electronic Arts on the financial results for the fourth quarter of 2023 the list of games for April 2023 – March 2024 reveals that SKATE et Dragon Age Dreadwolf will be released in mid-2024. It’s still a while to wait, you have to admit.
In terms of gameplay, last February we learned via a leak that an insider had been able to access 20 minutes of play. And even if the whole thing was far from final in terms of textures and game mechanics, a big comparison had been made with a certain God of War. This is particularly the case for combat such as combo sequences and special animations. A choice which is surprising since at the time we also learned of the non-existence of group management and the choice of capacity, which has nevertheless been the salt of the franchise for years.
A different game
In any case, we must therefore expect many changes. Surely to appease some of the fans of God Of War. Because after all, why not try to grab some market share at PlayStation? If you are a fan of the first hour (2009) clearly do not expect a direct sequel but rather a kind of complete reboot of the franchise.
