A man is in serious condition after suffering a traffic accident at about 2:54 am this Wednesday, on Román Baldorioty de Castro Avenue, in front of the España bakery, in Carolina.
The victim was identified as Iván García Encarnación, 27 years old and a resident of Canóvanas.
According to the Police report, García Encarnación was traveling on the extreme right of the highway at excessive speed, for which reason he lost control of the steering wheel and hit some security barriers that were in the center of the road.
Immediately afterwards, the car overturned and the man was ejected from it, falling to the pavement.
The accused of raping his daughter is isolated in jail.
State paramedics arrived at the scene, who transported him to an emergency room at the Hospital Centro Médico de Río Piedras, in serious condition.
