The musician was just 17 when she won the talent show “Rising Star” (RTL) with her band “Unknown Passenger”. The band performed Rihanna’s ballad “Stay” and wowed the audience in the finale, receiving 92.77 percent of the audience votes.
After the band broke up, Leony started her solo career. In 2017 she released her first single “Surrender”. Leony only had his breakthrough in 2020, after moving to Berlin. And then things only went uphill: Leony was continuously on the radio for three years with “Paradise” (2020), “Faded Love” (2021) and “Remedy” (2022). A Generation Z star.
As a juror in the cult format “Deutschland sucht den Superstar”, Leony also became known to a wider audience
The beautiful singer lives in Berlin, is interested in fashion and loves her dog Marlie.
