Apex Legends, Deathverse and the other games canceled in 2023 will join soon Echoes of mana. Square Enix has in fact decided to close the servers of the free action JRPG for iOS and Android set in the universe of the iconic Mana series.
The Japanese publisher, in concert with the developers of WFS, are addressing fans of the series and players of Echoes of Mana to inform them of the decision to stop all service for the app starting from the morning of May 15, 2023.
The authors of Echoes of Mana explain that “Since the game’s launch on April 27, 2022, our team has been committed to bringing you an amazing and enjoyable experience. However, we have come to the conclusion that it would have been difficult to continue to keep this experience going on mobile systems and therefore we have decided to terminate the service”.
Starting today, Monday February 13, it will be impossible to buy Spirit Crystals from the Echoes of Mana internal shop. Users who own residual Crystals will be able to use them until the app is decommissioned, scheduled for May 15 on iOS and Android systems. All ingame events programmed by WFS, with related activities and challenges to complete, will remain available and will continue to be updated until the game is closed.
